针刺“足三里”对实验性脾虚大鼠胃黏膜血流量及ET和CGRP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针刺"足三里"穴对实验性脾虚大鼠胃黏膜血流量及血浆中ET和CGRP水平的影响。方法对健康SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组和针刺组。应用激光多普勒微循环血流计检测胃黏膜血流量。用放射免疫法(RIA)测定血浆中ET和CGRP的水平。结果与空白对照组比较,实验性脾虚大鼠胃黏膜血流量减少(P<0.01),血浆中ET含量升高(P<0.05)和CGRP的水平减低(P<0.01);针刺"足三里"穴对实验性脾虚大鼠胃黏膜血流量明显升高(P<0.01),血浆中ET含量降低(P<0.05)和CGRP的含量增加(P<0.01)。结论针刺实验性脾虚大鼠"足三里"穴可导致胃黏膜血流量升高并且伴随着血浆ET和CGRP含量的变化。Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture at ＂Zusanli＂on gastric mucosal blood flow and level of plasma endothelin and calcitonin-gene related peptide in rats after experimental spleen deficiency. Methods 30 SD rats were randomly divided into a control group, a model group and acupuncture group. Laser Doppler blood flowmeter was used to examine the gastric mucosal blood flow and the level of ET and CGRP was observed. Results Gastric mucosal blood flow on model group was decreased significantly than control group （P〈0.01）, In the mean time, level of plasma endothelin significantly increased （P〈0.05） and calcitonin-gene related peptide significantly decreased（P〈0.01）; Gastric mucosal blood flow on acupuncture group group significantly increased than model group （P〈0.01）, and level of plasma endothelin significantly decreased （P〈0.05） and calcitonin-gene related peptide significantly increased（P〈0.01）. Conclusions Acupuncture at ＂Zusanli＂ can accelerate the gastric mucosal blood flow and changes the concentrations of the plasma ET and CGRP .
