摘　　要：采用膜法处理青霉素发酵液,可以大大提高滤液质量,提高青霉素生产收率2.31%,同时可以降低后续工段的生产负荷,降低废水中的有机物含量,节能降耗,减少环保费用,有利于清洁生产。The process to filtrate penicillin fermentation broth by membrane technology was studied. By using this process the quality of filtrated broth improved greatly, penicillin recovery rate increased by 2. 31%. At the same time, the process reduced manufacture loading of the following up section and content of organic compounds in wastewater. It saved cost and reduced consumption, the charge for environmental protection was reduced, and it was favorable to clean manufacture.
