摘　　要：目的:观察带塑料构件栓式半精密附着体在单、双侧游离端牙列缺损修复中的临床应用效果。方法:为18例单、双侧磨牙及前磨牙游离缺失患者制作带塑料构件栓式附着体义齿,临床复诊0.5a～3a,从患者主诉,临床检查及x线检查三方面观察其修复效果。结果:患者对带塑料构件栓式附着体义齿修复后效果满意,感觉异物感小,美观,易适应,固位良好,咀嚼有力。其中12例较以前曾使用过的传统可摘局部义齿明显感觉舒适、美观。结论:带塑料构件栓式附着体是一种较理想的修复游离端牙列缺损的冠外固位体,且有易于更换塑料构件,便于调节固位力的优点。Objective To observe the clinical prosthetic effect of key-key way semi-precision attachment dentures with plastic insertion applied in distal free-end dentition defect. Methods The attachment dentures with plastic insertion were made for 18 patients with free-end dentition defect,followed up 0.5-3 years,observed prosthetic effect from three sides：the feelings of patients using the attachment dentures,clinical examination and x-ray examination. Results The patients using the attachment dentures with plastic insertion considered the prosthesis were good looking,comfortable,steady and vigorous when chewing. 12 cases of them had used the traditional removable partial dentures before feel obviously that the attachment dentures were more beautiful and comfortable. Conclusion Key-key way semi-precision attachment denture with plastic insertion is a good extracoronal retainer applied in free-end dentition defect,and it has some good quality, such as replace the plastic insertion easily and easy to control the retention.
