摘 要:薄壁拼焊管是一种新型缓冲吸能元件,目前尚没有可遵循的设计准则及方法。文章建立了分析薄壁拼焊管轴压变形的拼焊型超折叠单元理论模型,推导了基于理想刚塑性和幂指数硬化本构关系,发生非对称或对称折叠变形时平均压垮载荷和折叠波长的计算公式。通过试验和数值模拟分析,验证了采用该理论模型分析薄壁管轴压变形特性的可行性,为拼焊型缓冲吸能管结构的轴压吸能性设计奠定了理论基础。Thin-walled tailored tube is a new type energy absorber which meets the demands of both structural light weight and structural crashworthiness. Currently there is neither standard design guide rule nor method for the tailor welded energy absorbers. The thesis establishes the tailored Superfolding Element (SE) which performs asymmetrical or symmetrical folding deformation, through which the axial collapsed behavior of the thin-walled tailored tubes is analyzed. The calculating formulations of mean collapsed load and folding length are deduced based on ideal rigid-plasticity constitutive equation and power-law harden material constitutive model. Test and numerical simulation results demonstrate the validity of tailored SE model in analyzing energy absorption and providing the theoretical basis for the tailored energy absorber in the design of the lightweight auto body.
