摘　　要：针对我国建筑产业的发展,从学校层面的外因和学生自身层面的内因两方面探讨了土木工程专业大学生创新素质培养的制约因素,详细地阐述了提高土木工程专业本科生创新素质培养的途径,以真正培养出一大批适应形势发展、适应时代要求的创新型人才。Aiming at the develop of architecture in our nation, it discusses the restrain factors of the culture of the innovation dlsosition of civil engineering department students from the external cause of school and the internal cause of students themselves, specifically represents the ways of the culture of the innovation disposition of applicable undergraduate civil engineering department students, to culture the innovation talents of adapting the develop of phase and the meeting the need of time.
