摘　　要：针对汽车覆盖件的特点以及拉伸模设计的重要环节——拉伸工艺的制定,进行了汽车覆盖件拉伸工艺知识库的研究。首先归纳了工艺设计知识的关键因素,并对相关知识进行了计算机处理,然后进行了汽车覆盖件拉伸工艺知识库的需求分析、概念设计和逻辑设计等,最后应用VB编程语言,开发了基于关系型数据库SQLSERVER的汽车覆盖件拉伸工艺知识库,建立了以零件、材料、压力机、拉伸工艺设计和拉伸成形性分析等为主的知识库,使得模具设计者能方便地利用该知识库进行拉伸模的设计,提高了设计效率。According to the characteristics of automobile body and the important factors of die design for drawing establishment of drawing technology, and research of process knowledge database for automobile body＇s drawing had been finished. Firstly, the key factors for drawing technological design had been concluded and some relevant knowledge had been compiled by computer. Meanwhile, analyses of demand, design of cocept and design of logic for repository for automobile body＇s drawing had been finished. Finally repository based on relation-typed database SQL Server software for automobile body＇s drawing had been explored by VB software. Repository of the parts, materials, presses, design of drawing technology and analysis of drawing forming. Designer for die can finish the drawing design by means of the repository expediently. Efficiency of design for drawing die had been improved.
