摘 要:新课程背景下中学教师新的教学任务、新的价值感是否会导致其教学效能感发生变化?而教学效能感是否会影响教师工作满意度?对350名广州市中学教师进行问卷调查发现:在新课程背景下,教师的人口学变量:性别与年龄的交互作用、学历、任教课程、职称、月薪,以及心理学变量:自尊、职业压力,对教学效能感有显著影响。此外,教学效能感、自尊及导致职业压力的某些因素会影响教师工作满意度。The purpose of this study was to explore whether new teaching task and self -esteem of middle school teachers would affect their teaching efficacy and whether teachers' teaching efficacy would affect their job satisfaction under the back-ground of new curriculum. Questionnaire surveys were made among 350 teachers. The results were as follows : the interaction of gender and age, education degree, domain, specialized post, salary, and middle school teachers' self- esteem and professional stress affected their teaching efficacy. Furthermore, teachers' teaching efficacy, self -esteem and some factors in their professional stress affected their job satisfaction.
