钼靶X线对诊断乳腺癌的价值

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺癌钼靶X线征象及诊断。方法分析98例乳腺癌患者钼靶X线征象(经手术及病理证实)。结果98例乳腺癌中发生部位在外上象限区43例,约占43.6%,显示肿块约81例,占82.7%,钙化50例占51%,乳腺癌还有其他征象,如乳头凹陷、皮肤增厚等。结论钼靶X线摄影对乳腺癌诊断具有重要价值。Objective Analysis of breast cancer mammography X-ray and diagnosis. Methods Analysis of 98 cases of patients with breast canner mammograpby X-ray. Results 98 cases of breast demonstration swells the block shade 91 examples（ 82.7% ）calcification 50 examples （51% ）. The breast canner also has other to draft the picture the discrganization, the burr drafts the picture the nipple ishollow,and other draft the picture. Conclusion Mdybdenum target X-ray is valuable for breast camler diagnosis.
