摘  要:冲压注射组合模是利用注塑机的合模动作完成模内金属嵌件冲切分离的组合式注射模,以开关触片座组合模为例,进行了零件结构工艺分析,阐述了模具设计思路、冲切机构结构及工作过程,并介绍了金属嵌件的安装定位方法,分析了制品变形成因和控制措施。A combined injection mould consists of punching and injection forming, in which the separated punching and blanking of built-in metal part is carried out under the clamping force during the mould shut process of injection machine. A technological analysis was made on the structure of a contact finger socket and a combination mould for shaping the part was developed. The design idea, the structure of punching and blanking mechanism and its working procedure were presented. The installation and location method of built-in metal part were stated and the deformation cause and control measures were discussed.
