摘　　要：在回顾国内外公民科学素质测评理论与实践的基础上,尝试构建了更符合中国国情的中国公民科学素质测评指标体系和相应的问卷。并利用安徽省的大样本实证调查数据,使用验证性因子分析的方法验证了指标体系的内在结构,同时对问卷分析的结果表明问卷具有良好的信度和效度。该项研究对于政府准确掌握我国公民科学素质的现状,进而制定和实施更为有效的公民科学素质政策有着重要意义。After a review of some intriguing literature regarding evaluation of scientific literacy, the authors of this article set the system of indicators and relevant questionnaire for the evaluation of civic scientific literacy of China as an attempt to get the evaluation more suitable for China. The questionnaire survey of civic scientific literacy in Anhui Province of China is served as a case in this research, in which the structure of system of indicators is confirmed with confirmatory factor analysis （CFA） and the reliability and validity of questionnaire are well demonstrated by the analysis on questionnaire. This research is designed to enable government to further its understanding on the development of civic scientific literacy, therefore, the policy implications on civic scientific literacy are revealed.
