摘　　要：Non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma （NHL） affects thoracic structures, particularly mediastinum and lung parenchyma, in up to 43% of patients at some stage in the course of the disease,1 Endobronchial involvement, however, is extremely rare, even in the presence of advanced disease.
