肿瘤坏死因子体内抗瘤活性的研究

摘　　要：本文以S180瘤细胞株为靶细胞建立了动物肿瘤模型，分别以TNF单用、TNF－CTX合用和脂质体－TNF复合物三种给药方式，进行了肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）体内抗癌试验。结果表明，TNF——CTX合用，具有协同抗瘤作用，且能减轻副作用；脂质体——TNF复合物能明显减轻TNF的毒性反应，而不影响TNF的抗癌作用。Replicated animal tumer model with S180 cell strain, practised test of tumericidal activity by three kind of medication type (single TNF1 TNF-CTX combined; lipid -TNF complex). The results sugested following facts: i TNF-CTX combining type can act tumericidal synergistic action and decrease side-effect; ii Lipid-TNF complex can decrease side -effect significantly and don't decrease tumericidal activity.
