角色转换技能训练对康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者康复期角色转换技能训练对社会功能的影响。方法对出院后156例精神分裂症患者及家属随机分为研究组（79）和对照组（77），研究组进行为期1年的角色转换技能训练，采用社会功能缺陷评定量表（SDSS）和自编角色调查表（SRI），分别于6个月、12个月后进行随访评定。结果入组时2组SDSS和SRI评定差异无显著性（P〉0．05），6个月、12个月后随访时SDSS总分研究组[（4．57±1．81）分；（3．57±1．21）分]显著低于对照组[（10．44±3．89）分；（9．25±3．92）分]，差异有显著性（P〈0．001）；研究组6个月、12个月随访角色退却分别为44例（55．7％）；49例（62．0％），对照组分别为19例（24．7％）；22例（28．6％），明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论角色转换技能训练能有效的改善恢复期精神分裂症患者的社会功能，降低残疾程度。Objective To study the effect of transform role skill training on the social function on recovery of schizophrenic patients. Methods 156 schizophrenic outpatients in their rehabilitation stage were randomly divided into study group（79 cases with four drop off）and control group（77 cases with eight drop off ）. The skills training lasted for six months and twelve months of patients were followed up, the assessing Instruments included SDSS and Self-made Role Inventory（SRI）. Results There were no significant differences in SDSS and SRI between the study group and control group in the baseline（P 〉0.05）. In six months and twelve months later , the total of SDSS and in the study group（4.57 ± 1.81 and 3.57 ± 1.21 ） were significantly lower than those in the control group （ 10.44 ± 3.89 and 9.25 ± 3.92） （ t = 12.37 and 12.53, P 〈 0.01 ）, and the role withdraw study group （56.2% and 61.5%） were significantly higher than control group （24.3% and 29.7%） （X^2 = 21.53 and 19.85, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Transform role skill training can effectively improve social function of recovery stage schizophrenia patients, and decrease disabled degree of recovery stage schizophrenia.
