摘  要:目的研究工艺因素对双黄连微囊吸湿量与分散性的影响。方法单因素考察,不同进风温度、供液速度和雾化气流速制备双黄连微囊,检测吸湿后的吸湿量与分散性。结果喷雾干燥各工艺参数对双黄连微囊吸湿量影响较小,而对分散性影响较大。结论在防潮技术研究中,不仅要检测样品的吸湿量,也需要考察样品吸湿后的分散性。OBJECTIVE The influences of technology on the moisture absorption and dispersibility of Shuanghuanglian microcapsules have been studied. METHODS Shuanghuanglian microcapsules have been prepared by spray drying with different inlet air temperature, spray rate, flow rate of atomization gas, then the moisture absorption and dispersibility of the microcapsules have been determined. RESULTS The moisture absorption of Shuanghuanglian microcapsules was influenced by the technology parameters slightly, but the dispersibility was strongly dependent on the technology parameters. CONLUSION During the research on the dampproof technologies, not only the moisture absorption, but also the dispersibility of samples should be determined.
