摘 要:目的建立羌活的HPLC指纹图谱,评价不同来源羌活药材的内在质量。方法采用HPLC梯度洗脱的方法,用"相似度评价软件"处理分析。结果固定产地羌活样品的相似度均在0.90以上,其余样品的相似度均小于0.80,不同来源的羌活药材的内在质量差别较大。结论方法的精密度、重复性和稳定性良好,可用于羌活的真伪鉴别和质量评价。OBJECTIVE To develop the fingerprint of Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H. T. Chang by high - performance liquid chromatography and evaluate the inner qualities of samples from different habitats. METHODS HPLC gradient elution was applied to establish the chromatographic fingerprint and "Computer Similarity Evaluation System" was used in data analysis. RESULTS By using similarity calculation, the similarities of the samples from determining habitats were above 0. 90 while others were less than 0. 80. There were notable differences in inner qualities of the samples from different habitats. CONCLUSION This chromatographic fingerprint method had good precision, stability, and repeatability, and can be used for identification and quality evaluation of Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H. T. Chang.
