兰州铝业近十年发展中的创新

摘　　要：兰州铝业通过体制创新、项目发展创新、资本运营创新、人事制度创新和技术创新等,在十年间,使企业走出困境,经营业绩稳步攀升,把一个产品单一的国有企业发展成为国内最大的"煤、电、冶、加"大型现代化联合企业之一,成为国有企业改制的成功典范。铝电解产能年平均增长18%,铝加工产能年平均增长25%;总资产扩大了7.8倍,年平均增长34.1%,净资产扩大了11.4倍,年平均增长41.1%;电解铝交流电单耗比初期降低1036kWh/t。电解铝实物劳动生产率提高到50.58吨,年平均增长14.18%,到2007年底将达到100t以上;职工的人均收入提高1.42倍,年平均增长10.32%。Through innovation of regime, development of project, innovation of capital investment, personnel and technology, Lanzhou Aluminum Group has been developed into one of largest state - owned＂coal, power, metallurgy and fabrication＂enterprises in China, with primary aluminum annual average increase by 1896, aluminum fabrication annual average increase by 2596, total assets increase by 7.8 96 times or annual average increase by 34.1%, net assets increase by 11.4 % or annual average increase by 41.1%, specific AC power consumption deduction by 1036kWh/t, labor rate increased to 50, 58 tons or annual average increase by 14.18% and up to over 100 tons by the end of 2007, average income increase per capita by 1.42 or annual average increase by 10.32 %.
