摘  要:试验研究半钢子午线轮胎压延法带束层胶配方。结果表明,通过采用炭黑N326和N660并用且适当提高炭黑用量对挤出法带束层胶配方进行改进,胶料的门尼焦烧时间延长,门尼粘度和老化后H抽出力提高,其它物理性能基本不变,满足带束层钢丝帘布压延工艺要求;成品轮胎的高速性能不变,耐久性能略有提高,同时在一定程度上降低了生产成本。The compound formulation for calendered belt of steel-belted radial tire was investigated. The results showed that, by applying carbon black N326 and N660 as well as increasing the amount of carbon black to modify the compound formulation for extruded belt, the Mooney scorch time of compound extended, the Mooney viscosity and H pull-out force after aging increased, other physical properties changed little, and the compound met the calendering process requirements to produce steel cord belt the high speed performance of tires didn't change, endurance performance improved slightly, and at the same time, the product cost was reduced to a certain extent.
