摘　　要：目的探讨基质属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、层粘连蛋白受体(LN-R)的表达与侵袭性垂体腺瘤的关系。方法用免疫组化的方法对60例垂体瘤患者组织标本中这三个指标的表达进行检测。免疫组化结果用半定量的方法进行分析。结果60例垂体瘤患者中,32例女性,28例男性。其中,30例为侵袭性垂体腺瘤,30例为非侵袭性垂体腺瘤。免疫组化显示侵袭性垂体腺瘤的MMP-2、LN-R的表达明显高于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤(P<0.01)。结论MMP-2、LN-R的高表达与垂体腺瘤的侵袭性密切相关。MMP-2、LN-R可以作为判定垂体腺瘤侵袭性的有效指标。Objective To investigate the rehfionship between the expression of Matrix metalloproteinase-2（ MMP-2）, Laminin receptor （LN-R） with invasive of pituitary adenomas.Methods The expression of MMP-2 protein,LN-R protein in tissue samples from 60 pituitary adenomas was examined by immunohistochemical method. Results Sixty patients, Thirty-two patients were femal and twenty-eight were male;30 patients showed invasion, and 30 noninvasion. The MMP-2, LN-R score of pituitary adenomas patients with invasion was significantly higher than that without invasion （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion MMP-2, LN-R may be associated with the aggressiveness and invasion of pituitary adenomas. MMP-2,LN-R are useful tools for assessing the invasion of pituitary adenomas.
