摘  要:目的 使用超声生物显微镜(ultrasound biomicroscope,UBM)对不同年龄段人群的房角相关结构进行测量,并明确各参数值与年龄的改变是否具有相关性。方法 随机选取20-30岁正常人20例(40只眼),设为A组;40-50岁正常人20例(40只眼),设为B组;60岁以上正常人20例(40只眼),设为C组。采用UBM对A、B、c组的房角相关结构进行测量,比较不同年龄组房角相关结构的测量值均数,从中寻找与年龄增长的关系。结果 三组之间房角结构相关指标,即前房轴深、房角宽度、虹膜静息长度等测量值具有显著性差异(P〈0.05),随着年龄的增长,前房变浅,房角变窄,虹膜增长,晶状体变厚,睫状突位置前移,这种变化在60岁以后尤为明显。结论推测年龄因素对房角相关结构的改变与中老年人中闭角型青光眼发病率较高有关。Objective To study the influence of age on the anterior chamber angle and its related structure using UBM, and to find the correlation. Methods UBM was used to quantitatively measure the anterior chamber angle and its related structure among three groups of normal people (group A: 20 people aged 20- 30 with, group B: 20 people aged 40 - 50, group C: 20 people over 60. Results Significant differences were found in the three groups in parameter anterior chamber depth (DAC), width of chamber angle(WCA), and iris rest length (P〈 0.05). With the increase of age, anterior chamber angle and its related structure underwent great changes, the WCA becoming narrower and the DAC becoming shallower. The problem was more obvious over 60. Conclusion This kind of senile change in the anterior chamber angle and its related structure has some correlation with the occurrence and development of angle closure glaucoma in the middle and old-aged people.
