摘 要:使用数值模拟技术对旋压加工过程进行模拟能为生产提供合理的工艺参数、提高产品质量、减少试加工过程的消耗。基于弹塑性有限元理论,综合考虑旋压过程中金属3个方向的流动以及摩擦等实际情况,建立了筒形件旋压加工的三维弹塑性有限元力学模型,研究了各种工艺参数(包括旋轮圆角半径、旋轮直径、进给速度、每道次减薄率、成形角以及退出角等)对成形结果和回弹的影响规律。模拟结果显示,旋轮圆角半径、进给速度、减薄率等参数对成形结果和回弹量有较大影响。By applying FEM numerical simulation technology to spinning process, the reasonable craft parameters can be achieved, the quality of the spinning products can be improved and the expense on trials can be reduced. Based on the elastic-plastic finite element theory, the metal flow in three directions (tangential, radial and axial) and the friction effect were considered generally, and a 3D elastic-plastic finite element model was constructed for the tube spinning process. With the model, the effect of various craft parameters (including the fillet radius of the roller, the diameter of the roller, the feed velocity, the decrement of the thickness per procedure, the modeling angle and exit angle) on the forming results and spring-back were studied respectively. The results show that the fillet radius of the roller, the feed velocity and the decrement of the thickness have a significant effect on the forming results and spring-back .
