摘　　要：目的:用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸地尔硫(艹卓)延迟缓释微丸胶嶷含量和有关物质。方法:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以缓冲液(取d-樟脑磺酸1.16 g,用0.1 mol·L^(-1)醋酸钠溶液溶解并稀释至1000 mL,用0.1 mol·L^(-1)氢氧化钠溶液调节 pH 至6.2)-乙腈-甲醇(1∶1∶1)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为236nm。结果:盐酸地尔硫(艹卓)的线性范围为10.19～203.8μg·mL^(-1),r=0.9999;平均回收率(n=9)为99.8%;重复性 RSD 为0.44%。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于盐酸地尔硫(艹卓)缓释微丸胶囊的含量测定和有关物质检查。Objective ：To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content and related substances of dihiazem hydroehloride in diltiazem hydroehloride delay - onset sustained - release pellet capsules. Methods： ODS column was applied,using buffer（ 1.16 g d -camphor sulfonie acid was dissoved in 0. 1 mol ·L^-1 sodium acetate solution into 1000 mL,then adjust pH =6. 2 with 0. 1 mol - L sodium hydroxide） - methanol - acetonitrile（ 1： 1：1 ） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min ^- 1. The detection wavelength was 236 nm. Results： Within the range of 10.19 -203.8 μg·mL^-1, peak area and injection quantity were in linear correlation （r = 0. 9999 ）. The mean recovery rate （n = 9 ） was 99.8% and the good reproducibility （RSD = 0. 44% ） was obtained for the assay. Conclusion ：The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
