摘  要:分析了大型塑件中熔接痕产生的机制和解决方法,并以一汽车前保险杠为例,对几种浇注系统进行了计算机辅助求解(CAE)比较试验,得到了一系列相关数据如熔接痕、温度、压力等。通过比较试验发现,顺序浇注系统能非常有效地消除熔接痕,为消除大型塑件熔接痕提供了借鉴。The forming mechanism and solution of weld mask in large-scale plastic part are described. Taking the car front-bumper for example. Several running system were processed the CAE comparative experiment and a series of the data such as weld mask, temperature and pressure were gained. Through the comparative experiment it was discovered that the sequence running system can avoid weld mask availability which provide a better way to avoid weld mask in large-scale plastic part.
