水电工程移民共享经济效益的机理与机制研究

摘　　要：运用经济学和社会学研究方法,对水电工程移民共享经济效益的机理依据进行了全面系统的论述。以此为基础,对水电工程移民共享经济效益的5种基本机制:水电税费共享,移民发展基金,移民入股水电开发,移民享受长效补偿,移民享受优惠电价等进行了阐述,并引用国内外案例对各机制进行了详细的分析。The rationales of the immigrant sharing economic benefit are systematically discussed with the methods of economics and sociology. On the basis of the rationales, the five economic benefit-sharing mechanisms, namely, revenue sharing, development fund, partly ownership, long-term compensation and preferential electricity rate, are expounded with the relevant cases.
