摘　　要：肝再生磷酸酶-3(PRL-3)是肝再生磷酸酶家族中的一员,因在肿瘤转移过程中的突出作用而备受关注。本文从PRL-3与肿瘤发生发展的关系出发,结合作者的科研工作实践,对PRL-3在肿瘤转移中的作用及其机制的研究现状进行综述,并对其作为肿瘤治疗和药物作用靶点的可能性进行展望。Phosphatase of regenerating liver -3 （PRL-3） has been paid great attention to due to its distinct role in the tumor metastasis. In this review, we summarize the characteristics of PRL-3 and its relationship to the tumor pathogenesis from current investigations including the data from our laboratory. We also present a prospects for the possibility of PRL-3 as a target of cancer therapy and drug discovery.
