摘 要:目的观察不同程度近视对黄斑微视野仪(micro perimeter,MP)检测结果的影响。方法对矫正视力≥1.0的轻中度、高度、超高度以及正视眼青年患者进行40个位点刺激的MP检测,分析黄斑10°以内不同区域象限的光敏感度变化。结果轻中度近视MP检测光敏感度结果与正常组差异无显著性(P>0.05),高度近视患者鼻外区MP检测光敏感度结果较正常组明显下降(P<0.05),超高度患者各区域象限光敏感度较正常组均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论高度及超高度近视使黄斑10°以内MP检测光敏感度结果局部或普遍下降。Objective To investigate the effects of myopia on macular light sensitivity detected by the microperimeter. Methods Ninety subjects 17-34 years of age were divided into 4 groups: normal, mild-moderate myopia, high myopia and excessive myopia. All subjects were examined with a micropefimeter (MP1, Nidek Inc. Italy) at 40 stimulus locations within a 10-degree area of the macula (Goldman Ⅲ stimuli, stimulus presentation time of 100 msec, and white background illumination, 1.27 cd/m^2). The 10-degree area of the macula was divided into 9 sections and the light sensitivity for each section was obtained and compared between each group. Results Mild-moderate myopia has no effect on MP results (P〉0.05). Light sensitivity on the nasal outer section of the central macula was significantly reduced in high myopia subjects (P〈0.05) while light sensitivity in all 9 sections was significantly reduced in subjects with excessive myopia (all P〈0.01). Conclusion High myopia and excessive myopia can decrease light sensitivity in the central macula as detected by MP, which is very important in interpreting abnormal MP results in the clinic.
