摘 要:目的通过观察近视眼儿童与正常儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)的浓度,研究它与近视及近视程度的相关性。方法以随机方式收集我院门诊正常儿童40例,近视眼儿童60例,通过常规眼部检查及散瞳检影验光检查后,按近视程度分为轻度近视(-3.00D以下),中度近视(-3.00~-6.00)D,高度近视(-6.00D以上)。所有研究对象均采用ELISA法测定血清IGF-1浓度,统计学方法采用SPSS13.0软件包,对两组资料采用t检验和χ2检验。结果两组资料特征(年龄、性别、身高、体重、角膜屈光力)差异无显著性(P>0.05),而近视组眼轴长度高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。近视组血清IGF-1浓度为(359.63±4.28)ng/ml,对照组为(203.40±12.78)ng/ml,近视组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);血清IGF-1浓度在轻度近视组为(272.10±20.21)ng/ml,中度近视组为(358.60±11.23)ng/ml,高度近视组为(448.20±16.60)ng/ml,三组间两两比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。血清IGF-1浓度与近视程度呈正相关(P<0.01);近视组血清IGF-1浓度与眼轴长度、屈光度存在正相关性(P<0.05),而与身高、体重、角膜屈光力无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论实验研究进一步证实了血清IGF-1浓度与儿童近视的发生、发展之间存在内在相关性。Objective To observed the concentrations of insulinlike growth factor-1 (IGF-1) on children with myopia and emmertropia, and study the relationship between myopia and IGF-1. Methods Sixty cases children with myopia and 40 cases children with emmertropia were selected and examined eyesight by retinoscopy. Meantime, all subjects were checked normally and the concentrations of IGF-1 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The indexes were analyzed by SPSSI3.0 statistics software, and the indexes of two groups were t or Χ^2 test. Results Characteristics (age, sex, body height, body weight, cornea keratorefractive power) of two group data had no significant differences statistically (P〉0.05). Optical axis of myopia group were longer than that of emmertropia group. There were significant differences (P〈0.05). Serum IGF-1 level of myopia group (359.63±4.28)ng/ml and emmertropia group were (203.40± 12.78) ng/ml respectively, two groups had significant difference (P〈 0.01). Serum IGF-1 level was the positive correlation with the optical axis, diopter, and the degree of myopia (P〈0.01), but it wasn't the correlation with body height, body weight, and cornea keratorefractive power (P〉0.05). Conclusion The clinical results indicate that concentration of IGF-1 exists the internal correlation with occurrence and development of children with myopia.
