摘 要:目的研究前列腺微波热场的分布规律,探讨计算机模拟经尿道前列腺微波辐射热场的可行性。方法根据前列腺的大小选择微波治疗的最佳时间/功率组合(30 W/180 s),用计算机模拟该时间/功率组合下的微波热场分布情况。对54个离体犬前列腺进行324(54×6)个点次的实际测温,验证计算机模拟热场的准确性。结果30 W/180 s条件下计算机模拟的温升曲线与实际测温曲线有较好的一致性(占96.29%),两者的时点平面热场分布的规律相符。结论用计算机模拟离体犬前列腺热场分布可靠准确,这一方法可用于微波治疗前列腺增生时热场的预测和精确调控。Objective To study regularity of microwave thermal distribution in canine prostate; to investigate feasibility of using computer simulation of thermal distribution of transurethral microwave coagulation in the prostate. Methods Microwave thermal distribution was simulated by computer at the best power and time (30 W/180 s) which were chosen by the size of canine prostate. The accuracy of thermal distribution of computer simulation was compared with real measurement at 324 times (54 multiplies 6) in 54 ex-vivo canine prostate. Results The concordance rate about temperature curves between computer simulation and real measurements was 96.29% at 30 W/180 s. The regular pattern of thermal field fixed to some times between computer simulation and real measurements was matched. Conclusion The results in predicting microwave thermal distribution with computer simulation are accuracy and reliable. It could be used to precisely control and predict thermal fields during the treatment by microwave coagulation of henign prostatic hyperplasia.
