信息化时代的人性观对中国体育管理思想的影响

摘　　要：分析信息化时代"人性假说"理论中的人性观走向,结合国内外有关学者的观点,认为中国随着信息化程度的不断加深,社会成员逐渐向"信息人"嬗变,并主要表现出权力信息、知识信息等维度向量特征。其中"信息人"的权利信息向量决定了我国体育管理思想必然向民主、法制、权力制衡、信息公开的方向发展;知识信息向量维度决定我国体育管理思想由单一的"信息管理"模式向具有创新精神的"知识管理"模式过渡。It analyzed the developing trend of humanity outlook in the theory of humanity hypothesis in informationalized times and considered, combined with the viewpoints of relevant scholars at home and abroad, that in China the social members were being gradually changed into ＂ information persons＂ in pace with continuous enhancement of informationalized degree and gave main expression to the dimensional vector characteristics of power information, knowledge information etc., in which the power information vector of ＂information persons＂ decided that China＇ s sports management thought inevitably developed in the direction of democracy, legal system, restriction on and equalization of power and opening of information, while the knowledge information vector dimension determined the transition of China＇ s sports management thought from a single ＂information management＂ model to a ＂knowledge management＂ model with innovative enthusiasm.
