钛合金中锰铬锆元素的看谱分析方法

摘　　要：用光栅看谱镜和棱镜看谱镜分析钛合金及成分元素锰、铬、锆的特征谱线,研究钛合金中锰、铬、锆元素的定性分析、半定量分析方法。锰、铬、锆元素可分别使用Mn 475.40谱线组、Cr 520.45谱线组和Zr 473.95谱线组进行定性和半定量分析。The visible spectrum of titanium and manganese, chromium, zirconium are analyzed with grating spectroscope and prism spectroscope. The examinatoin method for manganese, chromium and zirconium in Ti-base alloy by spectroscopic analysis are investigated. The Mn 475.40, Cr 520.45 and Zr 473.95 spectrum group can be utilized for qualitative analysis and semi-quantitative analysis on manganese, chromium and zirconium in Ti-based alloy, respectively.
