摘 要:[目的]探讨伴放线放线杆菌(Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans,A.a)与人口腔颊黏膜上皮细胞之间的关系,加深对A.a侵入颊黏膜上皮细胞能力的了解。[方法]运用荧光原位杂交技术和激光共聚焦扫描显微镜对12例侵袭性牙周炎患者(AgP)、30例慢性牙周炎患者(CP)和12例牙周健康者颊黏膜上皮细胞中的细菌进行定位及半定量。[结果]受检者口腔颊黏膜细胞内均检测出细菌。分别有11名AgP患者、27名CP患者和1名牙周健康者上皮细胞内检测出A.a;颊黏膜上皮细胞内A.a占全细菌相对比例为60%-100%处比较时,AgP组与CP组之间的差异具有显著性意义(P〈0.01)。[结论]A.a能够黏附和侵袭口腔颊黏膜上皮细胞。[ Objective ] To investigate the relation between Actinobacillus (A. a) and human buccal mucosa epithelial cells in order to understand the invasion ability of A. a to epithelia. [ Methods ] Buccal mucosa cells were obtained from patients with 12 aggressive periodontitis (AgP),30 chronic periodontitis (CP) and 12 periodontally healthy subjects. The fluorescent in shto hybridization (FISH) and laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM) were used to observe bacteria in buccal epithelia. [ Results ] Buccal epithelia from all of the subject participants were infected with intracellular bacteria in buccal epithelia from 11 of 12 aggressive periodontitis,27 of 30 chronic periodontitis and 1 of 12 periodontally healthy subjects the A. a were detected respectively. Highly significant differences of relative proportion of A. a in a buccal epithelia of study subjects were observed between AgP and CP groups ( at 60% - 100%, P 〈 0.01 [ Conclusion ] A. a can adhere and invade to oral epithelia.
