高频电刀与金沉积烤瓷冠联合治疗前牙修复体引起的牙龈增生的疗效

摘　　要：[目的]观察高频电刀与金沉积烤瓷冠联合治疗前牙不良修复体引起的牙龈增生的临床效果。[方法]对27例共41颗经镍-铬合金烤瓷冠修复后出现牙龈增生的前牙采用高频电刀牙龈成形术联合金沉积烤瓷冠修复,追踪观察1年。[结果]41颗牙龈增生的前牙,治疗后未出现牙周组织病变及再次龈增生,美观恢复良好。[结论]高频电刀牙龈成形术与金沉积烤瓷冠联合修复是治疗前牙不良修复体引起的牙龈增生的有效方法。[ Objective ] To observe the effect of high- frequency electronic- knife gingivoplasty and auro -galvano -form porcelain restoration in the treatment of incisor gingival hyperplasis. [ Methods ] Twenty -seven patients, 41maxillary incisors with Ni - Cr alloy porcelain restoration and gingival hyperplasis were done by high - frequency electronic - knife gingivoplasty and restored with auro - galvano - form porcelain crown. All the teeth and restorations were observed about one year follow - up. [ Results ] Forty - one teeth dont have peridentoclasia or other complication such as gingival hyperplasis. The esthetic effects of restorations are satisfactory. [ Conclusion] The high -frequency electronic -knife gingivoplasty and auro - galvano - form porcelain restoration is effective in the treatment of gingival hyperplasis.
