摘　　要：本文介绍SIMATIC S7系列PLC在糖厂蒸发自动控制系统中的应用。从蒸发系统的工艺流程,控制系统的硬件配置和软件设计这几个方面做介绍,并阐述了如何通过常规PID控制算法来实现蒸发液位自动控制系统。This paper introduces the application of SIMATIC S7 series PLC in evaporator control in the sugar factory. The technological process of the evaporator system is introduced,and the hardware configuration and software programming of the system are oytlined. The traditional PID control algorithm is used for the level control of the evaporator.
