摘  要:在高墩大跨桥梁混凝土泵送施工中,堵管事件时有发生,不仅会造成较大的经济损失,而且还将严重延误工期。结合济邵高速逢石河特大桥13#桥墩施工中出现的混凝土泵送堵管事件,依据相关规范对导致堵管事故发生的原因进行分析,并提出相应的预防措施;基于概率与数理统计方法对高墩大跨桥梁混凝土泵送施工中堵管事件发生的概率进行详细推算,指出降低堵管事件发生概率的关键所在。Pipeline jam accidents appear frequently during pumping construction of concrete of high-pier and long-span bridge, which result in not only great economic loss, but also serious delay of project completion. Based on the pipeline jam accidents appeared during the 13th high pier pumping construction of concrete for Fengshihe Bridge of Jishao Expressway and according to related codes, we make a careful analysis of the causes of pipeline jam, and put forward corresponding measures. The probability of pipeline jam accidents during pumping construction of concrete of high-pier and long-span bridge is calculated by the method of probability and statistics, and the key measures for reducing the pipeline jam accidents are pointed out.
