摘  要:目的探讨戊四氮(PTZ)点燃癫痫对大鼠空间学习记忆及海马齿状回突触后致密物-95(PSD-95)表达的影响。方法戊四氮腹腔注射点燃慢性癫痫(CEP)模型,采用Morris水迷宫对大鼠进行行为学检测,运用免疫组织化学方法观察海马齿状回PSD-95的表达。结果癫痫组大鼠空间学习记忆能力受损;其海马齿状回PSD-95免疫阳性产物与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论戊四氮点燃癫痫大鼠空间学习记忆受损可能与海马神经元PSD-95的表达减少有关。Objective To explore the effect of epilepsy kindled by pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) on learning and memory and expression of postsynaptic density 95 (PSD - 95) in rats. Methods Rats were given PTZ till being kindled successfully. Their behaviors were afterwards determined by Morris water maze and the expression of PSD -95 in hippocampus dentate gyrus (DG) by immunohistochemical method. Results The ability of learning and memory was impaired and the immunoreactivity of PSD - 95 decreased simultaneously in rats with pentylenetetrazol - kindled epilepsy ( P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The impairment of the ability of learning and memory might be related with the change of PSD - 95 in hippocampal neurons in rats with pentylenetetrazol - kindled epilepsy.
