摘 要:本实验采用冷暴露动物模型,研究沙棘油对动物实验性冷损伤的保护作用,冷暴露1周及2周后进行血液指标的分析,结果显示:①大鼠于0℃~2℃下冷暴露1周后,与对照组相比血中环-磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环-磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量、丙二醛(MDA)值、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均明显增高;冷暴露2周后,血中cAMP、cGMP含量与MDA值继续升高,而GSHPx及SOD活性却明显下降。②如饲料中添加一定量的沙棘油,冷暴露后大鼠上述指标均有改善,接近对照组水平,提示沙棘油对提高机体耐寒力是有益的,其机理与影响机体环核苷酸代谢及其抗脂质过氧化作用有关。Animal models with cold exposure were used to study protective effects of Sea Buckthron Oil on experimental cold injury in rats. The blood levels were determined after one or two weeks with cold exposure. The results showed:①by comparing with the control group,after one week with cold exposure in 0℃~2℃,contents of cAMP、cGMP and MDA,GSH Px and SOD activities were markedly increased, after two weeks with cold exposure,contents of cAMP、cGMP and MDA in blood were continually increased,but GSH Px and SOD activities were markedly decreased; ②feeding some Sea Buckthron Oil supplements,the above described Indexes in rats after cold exposure were generally improved and near to the control. It suggests that Sea Buckthron Oil is beneficial for enhancing the cold tolerance by influencing the metabolism of cyclic nucleotide and anti lipid peroxidation.
