摘  要:目的探讨胶质瘤恶性程度和MT1-MMP基因mRNA表达水平的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检测34例脑胶质瘤和7例正常脑组织(取自癫疒间病人手术切除脑组织)中MT1-MMP的mRNA表达水平。结果经实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检测,正常脑组织和低级别、高级别胶质瘤的△△Ct(循环阈值)值分别为(0.834±0.517)、(4.063±2.309)和(7.072±4.072)。正常脑组织与低级别、高级别胶质瘤之间,低级别、高级别胶质瘤之间MT1-MMP基因mRNA表达水平的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤中存在MT1-MMP基因mRNA高水平的表达,随着肿瘤恶性级别的增加,MT1-MMP基因mRNA表达水平有增高趋势。Objective To explore the relationship between malignancy of glioma and mRNA expression of MT1-MMP gene. Methods The mRNA expression of MT1-MMP gene in 34 gliomas and 7 normal brain tissues (from epileptic focus resection) was detected by quantitative real-time RT-PCR method. Results By Real-time RT-PCR method, the △△Ct(cycle threshold) values of the normal brain tissue and low-grade, high-grade glioma were 0.834±0.517, 4.063±2.309, and 7.072±4,072 respectively. There was statistical significance of difference between normal brain tissue and low-grade, high-grade glioma, and between low-grade and high-grade glioma (P〈0.05). Conclusion The mRNA expression of MT1-MMP gene is up-regulated in glioma, and increases with the malignancy grade of glioma.
