摘 要:目的了解湖南省少数民族地区中小学生预防接种行为状况,为进一步加强少数民族地区中小学生预防接种工作提供依据。方法采用K-A-P问卷,整群分层随机抽取湘西土家族苗族自治州、县共6所中小学3个年级的717名学生进行调查。结果三个年级学生预防接种知识的主要来源均为学校和家长,市区学生以学校为主,县城学生以家长为主(P〈0.05);不同年级之间、市区与县城之间的学生接受接种的方式有差异(P〈0.05);大部分学生记得只使用了1-5种疫苗。结论要加强对少数民族地区,特别是其县城、农村中小学生预防接种知识教育,规范预防接种行为,扩大接种疫苗的种类,促进中小学生身体健康成长。Objective To understand the behavioral status of vaccination among primary and high-school students in minority regions of Hunan Province, so as to provide the references to further strengthen the immunization program. Methods The stratify and cluster-sampling method was applied to investigate 717 students at 3 different grades of 6 schools in the prefecture or county of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of Tujia and Miao minorities with the KAP questionnaire. Results The knowledge of vaccination of these students all came from school or parents, and in the urban students it mainly from school, while in the county students from parents (P 〈 0.05). There were differences with regard to the mode of vaccination among the students at different grades or living areas ( P 〈 0.05). The most of the students surveyed remembered only 1 to 5 kinds of vaccines they had been inoculated. Conclusions The education on vaccination knowledge should be enhanced in minority areas especially in the school students of counties, and the vaccination should be standardized and the kind of vaccines be increased.
