摘　　要：目的:探讨社区精神分裂症日托站的卫生经济学效益。方法:共166例精神分裂症患者,其中日托组78例,社区组88例。以简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、社会功能评定量表(DAS)、生活质量量表(QOLS)及自编卫生经济调查问卷测定。随访2年。结果:两组相比,日托组的患者精神症状较稳定,费用较省。结论:社区日托站能改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状,降低医疗费用。日托可作为精神分裂症患者康复措施之一。Objective： To evaluate the healthy economics of day care community station for schizophrenia. Method：To followed up 166 patients with schizophrenia for two years, among thern 78 patients in day care group and 88 patients in community group. All patients were evaluated with brief psychiatric rating scale（BPRS） ,dysfunction assessment scale （DAS）, quality of life scale（QOLS） and self-made healthy economics investigation questionnaire. Results：Compared to community group, patients in day care group had more stable psychiatric symptoms and less expenditure. Conclusion： Day care community station may be one of measures for rehabilitation of schizophrenia, which can improve psychiatric symptoms and reduce medical cost.
