Effects of Exogenous-xylanase Additive on the Growth Performance,Superoxide Dismautase and Lysozyme Activity of Allogynogenetic Crucian Carp

摘  要:在基础饲料中分别添加0 mg/kg、50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg和200 mg/kg的木聚糖酶,饲养初始体重6.71 g左右的异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)56 d后,研究了木聚糖酶对异育银鲫生长、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和溶菌酶活性的影响。结果表明:添加100 mg/kg木聚糖酶组异育银鲫的增重率和特定生长率最大,显著大于对照组(P<0.05),同时该组异育银鲫的饲料系数最低,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。添加50 mg/kg和100 mg/kg木聚糖酶可显著提高异育银鲫血清、脾脏、肝胰脏、头肾SOD活性以及血清、头肾、脾脏溶菌酶活性。The growth performance, the superoxide dismautase activity (SOD)and lysozyme activity were investigated after fed allogynogenetic crucian carp (average initial weight 6, 71 g)with 4 groups of experiment diet by adding 0 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg exgenous-xylanase in basic diet for 56 d. The results showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate in 100 mg/kg group were the highest among 4 groups, which were significantly higher than that in control group(P 〈 0. 05), and the feed coefficient in this group was the smallest, which were obviously lower than that in control group(P 〈 0. 05). Adding 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg exogenous-xylanase could significantly improve the superoxide dismautase activity in serum, spleen, hepatopancreas and head kidney, and lysozyme activity in serum, head kidney and spleen of allogynogenetic crucian carp.
