摘　　要：目的探讨在校大学生精神分裂症早期症状的特异性。方法采用自编调查表,通过对60例在校大学生的首发精神分裂症与60例非大学生组的首发精神分裂症的回顾性调查,比较分析两者早期症状的特征。结果在校大学生以偏执型多见,症状以妄想为主,疗效明显,与非大学生组比较有差异。结论在校大学生首发精神分裂症以妄想为主,症状发生率高,具有一定的特异性,应针对这些症状进行早期干预。Objective To explore the features of the early symptoms of first-episode chizophrenia in order to provide some basis for early identification and intervention. Methods 60 patients with first-episode schizophrenia in university and 60 patients with first-episode schizophrenia disorders not in university were studied retrospectively with self-compiled scale. The inci- dence of the early symptoms in the two disorders were analyzed. Results The incidence of some early symptoms of first-episode schizophrenia were significantly. Conclusion The early symptoms of schizophrenia were various and early intervention was necessary.
