多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的疗效和安全性。方法应用Meta分析方法对符合标准的6项对照研究文献进行再分析。结果①同质性检验：Q=6．94，自由度为5，P〉0．1。②两组疗效比较：多奈哌齐治疗组治疗有效率明显高于对照组[77．2％，57．6％；X^2=22．58，P〈0．001（OR合并=2．47，95％CI：1．58～3．86）]。③治疗组中仅有25例患者出现轻微药物不良反应，多为一过性，患者易耐受。结论多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的疗效优于目前常用药物，且安全性较高。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Donepezil in treatent of vascular dementia. Methods A total of 6 standard published articles were analyzed by Meta-analysis techniques. Results （1）Homogeneity test： Q = 6. 94, degrees of freedom = 5, and P 〉 0. 1. （2）RR of curative effects ： The total effective rate in treament group was significantly higher than in eontrol group [77,2% 57.6%;X^2 =22.58, P〈0. 001 （OR合并=2.47, 95%CI： 1.58-3.86）] .（3）Therewasno obvious adverse effects found in Donepezil, Conehtsion The therapeutic effects of Donepezil for vascular dementia is significantly superior to other medications used at present, and it has few adverse effects.
