摘　　要：目的探讨高龄患音小切口白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术的效果及安全性。方法53例58眼，年龄80～93岁，平均年龄84．36岁的高龄患者小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术，对术后并发症进行回顾性分析。结果术后3个月视力≥0．5者36眼，占62．06％，无严重并发症。结论高龄患者小切口白内障摘除并植入人工晶体手术安全且有效。Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of extracapsular cataract extraction with small incision and IOL for aged patients. Methods The extraeapsular cataract extraction with small incision and IOL implantation were performed for 53 cases （58eyes） of aged patients. The postoperative visual acuity and major complications were retrospective observed. Resuits Vision≥0.5 in 36 eyes （62. 06% ） at three months. No severe complications were occurred. Conclusion The extracapsular cataract extraction with small incision and IOL implantation for aged patients were effective and safely.
