摘　　要：在分析相关免疫理论和项目采购基本管理活动之间映射关系基础上,建立基于DNA遗传免疫算法的工程采购评标过程模型;通过将免疫记忆、克隆选择机理及综合免疫指标引入合同评标过程,提出在合同管理中建立人工免疫系统的思想和过程仿真算法;结合一个实际项目招投标案例,论证项目采购管理中的可行性。Based on the analysis of the mutual relationship between relative immune theories and the fundamental management activities in project procurement,the paper establishes the project procurement evaluating model founded on immune algorithm.By bringing immune memorizing,clone selective principles and synthetic immune standard into the process of contract evaluation,it puts forward the idea of applying manual immune system to contract management.Combined with a bidding case of a project,the issue proves the feasibility of the theory in project procurement management.
