摘  要:[目的]研究我国应征男青年营养状况的空间分布特征。[方法]利用第3次全国应征青年体质调研数据,在ArcGIS8.1软件支持下,建立我国应征男青年营养状况指标的地理信息系统,并以此为基础利用空间局部内插分析建立我国应征男青年营养状况指标空间分布图,以交叉评价指标为依据选择无偏最优的空间分布图。[结果]分布图显示,我国应征男青年体重、BMI、超重检出率分布趋势基本一致,总体上有从北向南逐渐减小或降低的趋势,呼和浩特以东的东北地区、华北地区、江苏、安徽北部地区,应征男青年的体重较重、BMI较大、超重及肥胖的检出率较高、消瘦检出率最低;青藏高原南部,应征男青年的体重最轻、BMI最小、消瘦检出率最高,云南和广西南部的超重检出率最低。交叉评价指标显示,建立的我国应征男青年营养状况指标空间分布图是对我国应征男青年营养状况分布的无偏最优估计。[结论]我国应征男青年营养状况存在明显的空间分布差异,应进一步研究不同地区的地理、气候、经济等对青少年营养状况的影响。[ Objective ] To explore the spatial distribution of nutrition status in Chinese recruited male youth. [ Methods] Geographical information systems on recruited male youth's nutritional indexes were produced by using AreGIS8.1 software. Maps of spatial distribution on nutrition status indexes in Chinese recruited male youth were produced by using a spatial local interpolation technique, and cross-validation techniques were used to evaluate the fitness of the distribution maps. [ Resuits] The spatial distribution maps for weight, BMI, overweight detecting rate in Chinese recruited male youth see the consistent distribution trend, which were from north to south, these indexes tended to be smaller. Recruited male youth from east to Huhehaote, northeast and north-China, Jiangsu and north Anhui had bigger weight and BMI, higher detecting rate of overweight and lower detecting rate of thinner, while recruited male youth in South Qinghai-Tibet Platean with a lowest weight, smallest BMI and highest thinner detecting rate, Yunnan and south Guangxi with a lowest overweight detecting rate than in other places. The prediction error of the cross-validation indicated that the spatial distribution maps of nutritional indexes had good fitness of nutrition status among Chinese recruited male vouth. [Conclusion] There exists significant spatial difference in nutrition status of Chinese recruited male youth. Influence of geographical environment, climate, economy on male youth' nutrition status should be further studied.
