摘　　要：某大功率柴油机在整车试验中发生缸内故障,缸内零件全部损坏。为查清故障原因,对所有失效件进行了排查,并根据产品前期质量,最终锁定气门座圈为故障件。A serious in-core system mechanical failure happened during the vehicle test. All parts of this system were broken. For finding out its reason, a check of broken parts was made and the prior period quality of these parts was investigated. At last, the mechanical failure cause was focused on valve seat ring.
