摘　　要：提高高校发展学生党员质量,要结合学校的具体工作实践,从完善制度、明确标准、注重培养、强化教育、加强管理等几个方面展开。For improving the quality of developing student party members in colleges and universities, five aspects linking to daily practical work in school,should be considered.perfecting system, setting a clear criterion, focusing on cultivating, strengthening education, and reinforcing management.
