摘　　要：雇主品牌建设对城市经济和社会发展都具有重要的现实意义。但是,泉州民营企业的雇主品牌意识还相对淡薄,要实现企业的可持续发展,必须转变企业管理理念,重视雇主品牌的建设,结合企业具体情况,多方面多层次进行雇主品牌的开发培育。The construction of employer＇ s brand of Quanzhou＇ s private enterprises has important realistic meanings to the development of Quanzhou＇ s society and economy, but the conciousness of Quanzhou＇s private enterprises＇ employer＇s brand is relative weak. The private enterprises realizes sustainable development in Quanzhou,which,according to the real situation of the private enterprises, must adopt the advanced ideas of enterprises management and carry out the multi-level cultivation and development of the employer＇s brand.
