摘　　要：为解决期刊和学科的评价问题,从文献计量学和科学计量学的角度,指出JCR(《期刊引用报告》)五大指标的计量和评价功能,并结合学科分类评价的原则,以JCR收录的社会科学为例,利用Matlab和SPSS工具,运用层次分析法(AHP)构建了学科综合评价的指标体系和权重,得出了一些有益的结论,并指出了影响JCR评价指标的因素。In order to resolve the evaluation problem of periodical and subject, in the point of view bibliometric and scientometric, this paper briefly introduces the indicators of JCR and its function. Combining with the different principle of class evaluation, with the JCR Social Sciences Edition, using the Matlab and SPSS tools and AHP, this paper constructs the subject comprehensive evaluation index system and pointing out some factors influencing the indicators of JCR.
