摘 要:自我评估作为一种有效的管理工具能够促进团队工作并构成一个学习过程;自我评估能够促进管理体系的成熟度的提高,而管理体系的成熟度又决定自我评估带来的学习的类别;自我评估的实施方法和管理方式对能否实现组织学习产生重大影响。With the implementation of the criteria of performance excellence in China,self-assessment is becoming the focus of attention.This paper describes the concept and the model of self-assessment,discusses the model and the way of organizational learning and analyzes the relationship between self-assessment and organizational learning.It points out that self-assessment as an effective management tool can promote team work and develop a process of learning.Self-assessment can help to improve the maturity of management system while the maturity of management system decides the style of learning caused by self-assessment.The implementation way and the management style of self-assessment will greatly influence the implementation of organizational learning.
