摘　　要：行政契约的内容可以通过行政主体和相对人协商一致得到变更,也可以在情事发生重大变化及公益可能遭致损害的情况下,由一方当事人予以变更。在特定情况下,行政契约的主体也可能发生变更。基于行政契约的特殊性,其内容或主体的变更存在着有别于私法契约的条件和规则。The content of an administrative contract can change through the negotiation between the administrative subject and the party concerned or change by one party when some emergency happens and public interests suffer loss.Under some special circumstances,the administrative subject is also likely to change.Due to the specification of the administrative contract,the change of its content or subject involves conditions and regulations different from that of the private contract.
